1 Mile Kids Run
5K Fun and Fitness Walk/Run

Location:

West Riverside Park along the Crow River.

Turn south at Taco John's off Hwy 7 just west of the Hwy 7/Hwy 15 intersection.

Start Times:

8:00 a.m. 1 mile Kids Run (12 and under)

8:30 a.m. 8K Run

8:35 am 5K Fun and Fitness Walk/Run (All Ages)

Entry Fee:

8K: $20 pre-registered /$25 race day

1 mile Kids Run: $10 pre-registered /$12 race day

5K Fun and Fitness Walk/Run: $20 pre-registered /$25 race day

(please do not mail after June 10)

Course:

Accurate, Flat and Fast, along the scenic Crow River on the Luce Line Trail

Awards:

An awards ceremony will be held after the 8K. Please attend to receive your award. All participants will receive a short-sleeved t-shirt.

1 Mile Kids Run: Medals to the top 2 boys and girls in each age division. 8 and under, 9-10, 11-12.

8K Run: Top male and female will receive trophies. Medals to the top 2 men and women in each age division. 17 and under, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 and over.

Refreshments:

Beverages, fruit and water at the finish.

How to Register:

Print out, fill in and mail the registration form to by June 10.

Proceeds Benefit The Hutchinson Area Foundation for Health Care Scholarship Program:

The Hutchinson Area Foundation for Health Care Scholarship Program awards scholarships for students going into a health care field. Seven Scholarships are awarded annually to five High School seniors, an employee's child and a Ridgewater student. These $500 scholarships allow students to work towards a degree in any health care related field. We are proud to be able to keep this program growing and working toward a healthier community. Money raised through this River Run / Fun and Fitness Walk will go directly to the scholarship program.
