St. Croix Valley Sprint Triathlon

Lake Front Park in Downtown Hudson, WI

7:30 a.m. Sharp!

This is the eighth year for the St. Croix Valley Triathlon and it has been a huge success. Last year, we had over 550 participants and the triathletes were excited. The triathletes were both first timers and veterans of triathlons. So every put on your swim trunks and come give triathlons a try!! After the event, every participants will enjoy a Hog Roast and Hawaiian style luau. This event is at Lake Front Park in downtown Hudson. We could not ask for a more scenic and quiet place for the event. In addition, Hudson is less than 30 minutes from St. Paul.

Start line:

Bathhouse at Lake Front Park (100 Walnut St.) in downtown Hudson, WI
Transition area opens at 6:20 am. All spectators out of the transition area at 7:00 am.

THE SWIM:

1/3-Mile swim in St. Croix River. Expected race day water temperature is 70°. Swim caps are optional but will not be provided.

Wave start (6 to 8 waves).

THE BIKE COURSE:

A 10-mile bike course through the scenic rural Wisconsin Willow River area. (ANSI or Snell approved helmets required but not provided.)

THE RUN:

Run a 4-mile course from the park to North Hudson and back.

REGISTRATION:

Print out, fill in and mail the registration form to or register at any metropolitan Running Room by August 25.

Limit is 650, first come, first served. Last year's race filled by one week prior to the event.

Entry Fees

Individuals: $55 before Aug. 24, $65 after and on race day.

Teams: $100 before Aug. 24, $115 after and on race day.

Awards

Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each age category for male and female. Team awards given to the top three teams
