St. Croix Valley International Course Triathlon

In 2003, we started the International course of the St. Croix Valley Triathlon. It was a great success. The courses were scenic and the after the event, everyone really enjoyed the Hawaiian style luau with a fresh hog roast!! Come make 2008 an even better year. We have some new sponsors on board that even the triathletes will be surprised (in a definitely good way!!!).
Start line:
Bathhouse at Lake Front Park (100 Walnut St.) in downtown Hudson, WI
Transition area opens at 6:20 am
THE SWIM:
3/4-Mile swim in St. Croix River. Expected race day water temperature is 70°. Swim caps are optional but will not be provided. Wave start.
THE BIKE COURSE:
A 24-mile bike course through the scenic rural Wisconsin Willow River area. (ANSI or Snell approved helmets required but not provided.)
THE RUN:
Run a 6-mile course from the park thru North Hudson and back.

Print out, fill in and mail the registration form to

or register at any metropolitan Running Room by August 25.
Limit is 500, first come, first served.
Race day registration from 6:30 to 7:15 a.m.
Emergency services are on hand to assist participants in need.
Entry Fees
Individuals: $65 before Aug. 25, $75 after and on race day.
Teams: $100 before Aug. 25, $115 after and on race day.
Race Merchandise:
- Luau Glass
- t-shirt
- Leis for the Hawaiian luau
- Free meal including hog roast, rice, fruits, breads and beverages
- Race goodies bag
Divisions (M&F):
Under 20; 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 +
Awards
Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each age category for male and female. Team awards given to the top three teams
