JORDAN'S 25TH ANNUAL

Run of the Mill 5-K Race

September 6, 2008 - 9:00 a.m.

Where:

Race begins at Jordan Middle School and ends at Lagoon Park.

Directions:

Jordan Middle School is 9 miles south of Shakopee, off Highway 169. Take 169 to 282; take a left at stoplights in Jordan onto 282. Turn right onto Creek Lane South (located between Radermacher's Fresh Market and Flagship Bank). Creek Lane South will turn into Sunset Drive as you go up the hill. The middle school is located on the right at the top of the hill.

Entry Fee:

$20 pre-registration fee. Race day registrations ($22) also taken at middle school from 7:45-8:55 a.m. All entry fees are non-refundable.

Course:

Race begins at Jordan Middle School. The 3.1 mile certified course is primarily flat and down hill. Race concludes at Lagoon Park. A shuttle will return runners to the middle school.

Awards:

Trophies awarded to the two top male and female finishers in the following categories: Overall male & female winners

Results:

Results are posted in the Jordan Independent Newspaper

T-SHIRTS:

(FREE) Each race participant will receive a long sleeve souvenir T-Shirt.

Heimatfest Celebration:

The Run of the Mill is held in conjunction with the Jordan Heimatfest Celebration, a day- long celebration of life in the Jordan Community.

Parade - 11 a.m.
Park events - noon.
