Run begins at 9:30 a.m.
Kid's K starts at 9:00 a.m.
Walkers and those
with strollers start at 9:40 a.m.
Official "Ho Ho Ho...Go"
start by Santa.
Race Course:
"Sleigh measured" 5K (3.1 miles) run or walk around
Lake Harriet. The race will take place on the parkway,
which will be closed to traffic. USATF certified.
Kid's K Race Course:
Starts near the 5K Reindeer Run finish line
(just opposite the big tent at registration) on Lake Harriet Pkwy and
heads South to the turnaround (about 3 blocks). Return to the Kid's K
start line which is also the finish line.
Registration
- Early Registration through Wednesday, November 25:
$25 for 5K adults entry postmarked by November 25.
Non-members
welcome to participate.
$22 for Life Time Fitness members. Provide Life Time
Fitness membership number on entry.
$17 for 5K entry (ages 17 and under)
$10 for Kid's K (8 & under and supervised by parent or
legal guardian)
Kids 8 & under may
run the 5K supervised by parent or legal guardian supervision; they then pay
the 5K fee.

for the Kid's K through Friday, December 4.

between 8:00-9:15 a.m. on race morning at the bandshell.

5K Shirt/ Kid's K back pack Pick up
Pick up your race T-shirt one hour before the race next to
the bandshell at Lake Harriet. T-shirts will not be mailed.
Bring a New Toy
We encourage participants and volunteers to help support
the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program by
bringing a new, non-gift wrapped toy on race day for a
child in need this holiday season.
Costume Contest
Santa and his helpers will pick the top three costumes in each
category and the crowd will help decide the first, second and
third place winners. Prizes will be awarded to all winners.
Join in the fun! Interested registered race participants should
meet (pre-race) at 8:45 a.m. in the parking lot on the west
side of the tent. Categories are: groups of three or more
(prizes to twelve); pairs; and individuals.
Awards and Race Results
The top five women and the top five men will receive
awards at 10:15 a.m. at the announcer's stand. No official
results will be kept, since this is a fun run. A display clock
will be at the finish line, so watch for your time.

Parking
Parking near Lake Harriet is available in the surrounding
residential areas. Please arrive early to avoid congestion
and remember where you park! If you park in the bays
around Lake Harriet, please do not leave while runners
are still on the course. Lake Harriet Parkway closes
promptly at 8:45 a.m. Please plan accordingly.
