RCU and the Indianhead Track Club invite you to the Fourteenth Annual RCU Charity Classic.

Location;

Phoenix Park at the confluence of the Eau Claire and Chippewa Rivers.

New for 2008:

Chip Timing

10K Run/Walk _The 10K Run/Walk begins and ends in Phoenix Park, crossing several bridges and coursing through Owen and Carson Parks..
2 Mile Run/Walk _The 2 Mile Run/Walk course begins and ends in Phoenix Park, running along the Chippewa River and going through Owen Park.
1/4 & 1/2 Mile Children's Races _The 1/4 Mile and 1/2 Mile Children Races will take place in Phoenix Park and will be led by that famous couple Tortoise and Hare. The 1/4 Mile Race is for ages 6 and under, the 1/2 Mile Race for ages 7 through 12.

Win Exciting Awards

All pre-registered participants will receive a collector T-shirt and day of race registrants while supplies last.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals awarded for females and males in each age group of each race!

0. 10K _Top female and male finishers receive a 2008 RCU Charity Classic ceramic pottery and $75 gift certificate
0. 2 Mile _Top female and male finishers receive a 2008 RCU Charity Classic ceramic pottery and $50 gift certificate
0. 1/4 & 1/2 Mile Children's Races _All youth receive special participation ribbons. Medals to top 3 females and males in 1/4 mile 6 & under and in 1/2 mile 7 to 9 and 10 to 12

Corporate Donations

Corporate and "in kind" donations for the RCU Charity Classic will be recognized with a large Corporate Donor sign at the event, in the race results mailed to all participants, and in the next issue of RCU's newsletter, the Royal Clarion.
