7:15 - 8:15 AM at Our Lady of the Lake church (2385 Commerce Blvd Mound, MN 55364)
Course
This year's run consists of a 5K course that will start and end at Our Lady of the Lake church and school. The course will take runners though some neighborhoods around Lake Langdon and will utilize the recently paved trail Dakota rail line. The course surface consists of paved roads and trails.
Entry Fee
Entries received on or before August 20, 2008:
$10 - No Shirt Option
$15 - Incl Run t-shirt
Entries received after August 20, 2008 or on run day:
$15 - No Shirt Option
$20 - Incl Run t-shirt (while supplies last)

Door Prize Drawing:
Following the run at approximately 9:30 am we will draw numbers for various door prizes.
Aid Stations:
Aid stations will be located at the 1.5 mile mark of the 5K run.
Safety Concerns:
No headphones, in-line skates, bicycles, or pets are allowed on the course. Baby-joggers are welcome.
