Course
5K Certified, begins at the Blue Ribbon Picnic Area, winds through St. Anthony Park and the University of Minnesota-St. Paul Campus, and finishes back at the Speedway.
Shower Facilities are not available.
Age categories
19 & Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69. 70 & Over
Awards
Awards go to the top three (3) men and women in each age category.
Champion awards
Will be presented to the top five men and top five women overall.
Participants Receive
A Milk Run T-Shirt, an admission ticket to the fair, a malt from the Minnesota Gopher Dairy Club, and a chance for door prizes.
Results will be posted immediately following the race in front of the Administration Building across from the Bandshell, as well as via Internet at: http://www.raceberryjam.com.
Registration
Fee is $20. Registration is limited to the first 1,500 entrants. Deadline for entries is FRIDAY, JULY 25. Absolutely no race day registrations.
Your entry will be returned:
- if the form is unsigned
- if your registration is not accompanied by the entry fee.

Your canceled check will be your confirmation of entry. Race number, instructions, map and tickets will be mailed to you before the race.
How do I get to the Milk Run?
The Blue Ribbon Picnic Area is located on the west side of the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.
From the north: Take 35W south to Highway 36 east via Cleveland Avenue. Exit on Snelling Avenue south.
From the south: Take 35W north to I-94 east. Exit on Snelling Avenue, then turn left and head north or take 35E north to 1-94 west. Exit on Snelling avenue, then turn right and head north.
From the east: Take 1-94 west to Snelling Avenue, then turn right and head north.
From the west: Take 1-94 east to Snelling Avenue, then turn left and head north.
Parking
The State Fair has 11,000 parking spaces. Parking in the State Fair lots is $9. Overnight parking is not permitted on the fairgrounds. Parking for vehicles with a valid handicapped permit is free. Parking for motorcycles and bicycles is offered in special lots.
Attention Bicycle Riders
Bike parking areas are located at the North and South ends of the fairgrounds. The North area is near Gate 2 on Hoyt Ave. off of Snelling. The South area is near Gate 6 on Como Avenue near Snelling. Both are open from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. and are the only locations where bicycles may park.
