In front of the Holiday Inn Downtown at 3rd and South Broadway. The 5K will start at 8:10 a.m.

Pat Lehman, State Champion Track from Plainview HS.
COURSE
CERTIFIED.
The course is out and back. It traverses along Rochester's Bear Creek bike trail and country roads and finishes next to the Zumbro River.

Before August 18
1/2 Marathon & 5K: Without shirt $15, with shirt $20.
After August 18 add $5.
