Frozen Feat 5K Run/Walk

What:

5K (3.1 miles) road race. Run as an individual or as part of a 5-person team (any combination of 5 people, teams must have a team captain).

When:

Saturday, February 23, 10 am

Where:

Registration and packet pick-up begins at 8 am at the north side Snap Fitness, 2750 Gateway Drive, Grand Forks.

Course:

The course is on and around the UND campus.

Amenities:

T-shirt (guaranteed for all pre-registered participants), beverages, & food post-race.

Entry Fee:

Early Bird fee is $12. After February 8th is $15.

All proceeds go to benefit the Special Olympics North Dakota, Area 5, Grand Forks

Top 3 overall males and top 3 overall females and top team.

Door prizes:

Door prizes are open to all participants and will be drawn throughout the race.
