WHEN
- 2 mile at 8:00 a.m.
- 10K at 8:30 a.m.
WHERE
Start and finish at the Excelsior Commons Park on Lake Mtka. Please join in other 4th of July activities:
- Evening concert by the Minnesota Orchestra
- Ice cream social
- Children's parade
- Fireworks and food
There are excellent picnic facilities and swimming available at the Commons.
COURSE
Loop out and back - 1, 3 & 5 mile splits - 2 water stops
Chip timing by Raceberry JaM
AWARDS
- T-shirts to all 10K entrants. Design by Ryan Johnson.
- Awards to top finishers in all 10K age groups.
- Ribbons to all finishers of the 2 Mile Run.
AGE GROUPS
19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 & 60+. Wheelchairs welcome
ENTRY FEE
2 mile - $5.00 up to race day
10K - $20.00 pre-registration (on or before July 1, 2008), $25.00 after July 1 to race day
$10 penalty for chips that are not returned!
