WAIVER. I am entering the water carnival race at my own risk and I assume all responsibility for any injuries I may incur as a direct or indirect result of participating. I, for myself, heirs, and executers, also agree not to hold any and all participating sponsors, the city of Bemidji, directors, employees, and agents working at the race responsible for any claims or fees. I verify that I have full knowledge of the risk involved, and am physically able to participate.
