WAIVER. I want to participate in the 2011 Lake Harriet Bandshell run. I am aware this event is 3.1 miles long. I
certify that I have trained and am in physically fit enough to run/jog this distance. With my signature below,
therefore, I agree on behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns to hold legally harmless, the race administration
personnel, People For Parks, The Minnesota Distance Running Association, and the Minneapolis Park and
Recreation Board and the sponsors of this event for any personal injuries that may be sustained as a result of my
participation in this running event. For my personal safety and that of others, I also agree not to wear head/speaker
phones while participating in this event.
