5K Walk/Run for Child Rights 2008
Saturday, June 28, 2008
Como Lake, Saint Paul
If life is a race, some children start last. Underprivileged and marginalized, millions of India's children are deprived of their basic human rights - to food, water, shelter, healthcare and education. The CRY Walk is an event that is organized in multiple cities across the US, (10 cities in 2008) and is one of our efforts to bring together people from all walks of life who want to be part of a movement to ensure that underprivileged children attain their right to a healthy childhood.
All proceeds from the event go to Child Rights & You America Inc, a non-profit(501c3). All donations are tax-exempt.
