ENTRY INFORMATION
- 13.1 Mile:
Race number pickup will be at Securian in the atrium on the ground floor level. Completed registration forms with the $30 entry fee must be received by Saturday, January 16, to be processed for pickup. Registration for the Half Marathon will be accepted the morning of the race at Securian from 7:30 a.m.-8:45 a.m. (Day of race entry fee for the Half Marathon is $45.)
- 5K:
The entry fee for the 5K is $25 for registration forms received with payment by Saturday, January 16. Registration for the 5K will be accepted on race day from 7:30 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. at Securian in the atrium on the ground floor level. (Day of race entry fee for the 5K is $35.)
All entry fees are nonrefundable.
PLACE
Securian is located at the intersection of Sixth and Jackson Street in St. Paul. Registration will be held in the atrium on the ground floor level. Ramp and meter parking facilities are located in and around Securian in downtown St. Paul.
COURSE
Both the Half Marathon and 5K will start on the corner of Sixth and Jackson in front of Securian.
The 13.1M course leaves Securian to the south and then turns west following Shepard Road out to East Mississippi River Road. Near Cleveland Avenue, the course turns around and returns to where it began.
The 5K follows the same course out 1.5 miles
and then returns to Securian.
- 13.1M splits will be given at the 1M, Halfway, 10M and finish.
- Water will be available in Securian's atrium and at mile 4 and mile 8.
- Medical units will be available at the start/finish line and at the halfway point of the 13.1M.
- Runners may shower after the race at the St. Paul YMCA next door at no charge.
HALF MARATHON NOTE
Shepard Road will be he1d open until 12:30 p.m. By that time all participants must be back to Jackson Street. (No walkers allowed in the 13.1M. Walkers in the 5K only.)

RESULTS
- 13.1M: Times will be displayed at the finish line and individual results mailed to all finishers of the race.

- 5K: Times will be displayed at the finish line only.
AWARDS
Finishers of either event will receive the 2010 traditional Securian Frozen SK and Half Marathon ceramic mug.
Age group awards will be presented to the top finishers in each of the following age groups: 15 & under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+.
Random door prizes of Run N Fun gift certificates will be awarded on race day.
PHOTOS
ASI Photography will be on site race day. Pictures will be available for sale one to two weeks after the event.
T-SHIRTS
Long-sleeved cotton and technical T-shirts may be purchased on race day, while supplies last.

Extreme Weather
This is a cold weather race! Temperatures have been at or below zero for this race in the past. Hypothermia could be a definite concern. Make certain that you are dressed properly for conditions on the day of the race.
In case of extreme weather conditions this race could be cancelled or shortened. All entry fees are nonrefundable. An accurately measured 1/4 marathon course may be used as a short course option. Check with active.com for up-to-date weather information and changes in the race schedule.
